Coverage<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">MEPEGO EU ships within Colombian territory, subject to the available coverage of the logistics providers it works with.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You may also make international shipments subject to logistical availability, transport carrier coverage, and acceptance of the commercial terms, costs, and requirements applicable to the destination.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In the event that the requested destination is not covered, MEPEGO EU will promptly notify the customer and, where applicable, may offer an alternative delivery option or arrange for a refund in accordance with the terms of the purchase and applicable legislation.<\/p><h2>4. Partial deliveries<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When, due to inventory availability, it is not possible to dispatch an entire order in a single shipment, MEPEGO EU may make partial deliveries.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When partial deliveries are made due to product availability, MEPEGO EU will inform the customer in advance and, where applicable, bear the additional shipping costs.<\/p><h2>13. Product inspection<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">It is recommended to inspect the product upon receipt to verify that it matches the order placed and shows no visible damage or issues.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the customer identifies manufacturing defects, damage apparently caused during transport, or discrepancies regarding the order placed, they must notify MEPEGO EU through its official customer service channels to initiate the corresponding procedure.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Claims related to manufacturing defects will be handled in accordance with the <strong>Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy<\/strong> and the <strong>General Product Warranty Terms<\/strong> from MEPEGO EU.<\/p><h2>15.
