1. Purpose<\/h2>

This Policy sets forth the conditions and procedure for exercising the right of first refusal<\/strong> With regard to purchases made electronically through MEPEGO EU, in accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Act) and other applicable Colombian regulations.<\/p>

2. What is the right of first refusal?<\/h2>

The right of withdrawal is the consumer\u2019s right to unilaterally terminate a contract entered into through e-commerce channels, without having to justify their decision, provided that the withdrawal is made within the time limit and meets the conditions established by Colombian law.<\/p>

3. Deadline for Exercising the Right of First Refusal<\/h2>

In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following delivery of the product<\/strong>, provided that the transaction in question is one to which this right legally applies.<\/p>

The application must be submitted within the time limit established by current law.<\/p>

4. Conditions for Exercising the Right of First Refusal<\/h2>
