Objetivo<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This Exchanges, Returns, and Warranty Policy sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to products sold by <strong>MEPEGO EU<\/strong>, as well as the procedures for requesting exchanges, returns, or making a warranty claim, in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Act) and other applicable Colombian regulations.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We are committed to offering quality products and providing transparent, respectful, and timely service to our customers.<\/p><h2>2. Covered Products<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This policy applies to products sold by MEPEGO EU, including, but not limited to:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Jackets.<\/li><li>Vests.<\/li><li>Clothing.<\/li><li>Morrales.<\/li><li>Handbags.<\/li><li>Leather goods.<\/li><li>Accessories.<\/li><li>Products manufactured by MEPEGO EU.<\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Warranty Policy<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The products sold by MEPEGO EU are covered by the applicable legal warranty against defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship, in accordance with current Colombian law.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The warranty covers defects attributable to the manufacturing process, but not those caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, or improper handling of the product.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Depending on the circumstances and in accordance with applicable law, the warranty may include:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Product Repair.<\/li><li>I'll exchange it for the same product or one with equivalent features.<\/li><li>Refunds will be issued when legally required.<\/li><\/ul><h2>5. Situations Not Covered by the Warranty<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The warranty will not apply if the damage or deterioration is the result of:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Misuse of the product.<\/li><li>Washed in a manner contrary to the care instructions.<\/li><li>Exposure to chemicals.<\/li><li>Cuts.<\/li><li>Tears caused by the user.<\/li><li>Natural wear and tear resulting from use.<\/li><li>Modifications made by third parties.<\/li><li>Unauthorized repairs.<\/li><li>Damage caused by pets.<\/li><li>Damage caused by accidents.<\/li><li>Any other situation attributable to a use of the product that differs from the normal conditions for which it is intended.<\/li><\/ul><h2>6. Deadline for Filing a Warranty Claim<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The consumer may file a warranty claim within the time limit established by Colombian law or within the specific time frame specified for each product, as applicable.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The warranty period will begin on the date the product is delivered, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.<\/p><h2>7. Procedure for Requesting the Warranty<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To request a warranty repair for a product, the consumer must contact MEPEGO EU via email <a href=\"mailto:mepegoeu@gmail.com\"><strong>mepegoeu@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> and provide the following information:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Full name.<\/li><li>Identification document.<\/li><li>Order number.<\/li><li>Date of purchase.<\/li><li>Product purchased.<\/li><li>Description of the issue or problem reported.<\/li><li>Photographs that provide evidence of the reported situation.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Once the application is received, MEPEGO EU will confirm receipt and conduct the appropriate review. A response will be issued within the timeframes established by applicable Colombian law.<\/p><h2>8. Return Policy<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">MEPEGO EU may accept voluntary product exchanges when the conditions established for each case are met and provided that the product:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>It has not been used.<\/li><li>It should be clean and in good condition.<\/li><li>Keep the original labels.<\/li><li>Keep the original packaging, where applicable.<\/li><li>It must not show any alterations, modifications, or damage attributable to the customer.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Changes may be requested, subject to availability, via:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Size.<\/li><li>Color.<\/li><li>Equivalent reference.<\/li><li>Manufacturing defects, in accordance with the warranty procedure.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Voluntary exchanges shall be subject to the commercial terms applicable to the product and do not affect the rights to which the consumer is entitled under the statutory warranty or other applicable provisions.<\/p><h2>9. Products that cannot be exchanged at the customer's request<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For reasons of hygiene, customization, or specific product characteristics, voluntary exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Custom products.<\/li><li>Products made to special specifications.<\/li><li>Products modified at the customer's request.<\/li><li>Products that show signs of deterioration, damage, or wear attributable to the customer.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The foregoing does not limit the consumer's rights when there is a defect in quality, fitness for purpose, or safety that gives rise to the statutory warranty.<\/p><h2>10. Return Policy<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Refunds may be granted, among other cases, when:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>The product delivered does not match the product ordered.<\/li><li>The product arrives incomplete.<\/li><li>There is a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty.<\/li><li>Colombian law establishes the right to return the product or receive a refund.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Once the application has been reviewed and approved, the applicable solution may consist, as appropriate and in accordance with current legislation, of:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Product exchange.<\/li><li>Product restock.<\/li><li>A gift certificate or store credit for a future purchase, when agreed upon and legally permissible.<\/li><li>Refunds will be issued when applicable.<\/li><\/ul><h2>11. Transportation Costs<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When a warranty claim is accepted due to a manufacturing defect or a problem attributable to the product, MEPEGO EU will cover the shipping costs associated with the return and, when applicable, with the shipment of the repaired or replaced product.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When the exchange is solely the result of a voluntary decision by the customer\u2014such as a change in size or color without any defect in the product\u2014the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for the exchange.<\/p><h2>12. Product Inspection<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Products that are the subject of a warranty claim may be inspected by MEPEGO EU in order to determine the cause of the reported issue and establish whether it constitutes a defect covered by the warranty.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The evaluation will be conducted taking into account the product's characteristics, conditions of use and care, the information provided by the customer, and applicable legal provisions.<\/p><h2>13. Right of First Refusal<\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When a consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 and other applicable regulations, the consumer may exercise that right within the applicable legal timeframe and under the conditions established by Colombian law.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The product must be returned in accordance with legal requirements and, where applicable, without signs of use and with all accessories, labels, and packaging.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The specific conditions for exercising this right are set forth in the document titled <strong>\u201cRight of Withdrawal Policy\u201d<\/strong>, available on the MEPEGO EU website.<\/p><h2>14.
